If you join Fleur Des Lis, then you must:
1) Get along with everyone.
2) Learn the guild's tactics and strategies.
3) Adjust your individual play to fit the guild's tactics and strategies.
4) Follow the guild's plan for player/team development(below).
If you fail to do any one of these things, then you are a detriment to
the guild and you will be /gkicked.
